My fascination started when I got my first camera in 2022. I had bought one as an upgrade on my phone camera which I had enjoyed taking pictures of the moon and my cat Yukii. After looking up the different settings and seeing the amount of work needed to work under different modes ( Aperture priority and manual....) I decided to challenge myself to learning how to use it properly. It took me months and months to get to grips with how the settings worked together and a bunch of practice! it was last year, in 2025 where I decided to take this all a bit more seriously and invested in the specific areas of wildlife and nature photography.

I always take my camera out with me to document my travels whether its absailing along the Brisbane river, hiking around England or taking pictures of the nature in and around London.

My inspiration comes largely from watching nature documentaries from the likes of David Attenborough, Brian Cox and Steve Backshall, they inspired my curiosity of nature in a respectful and dignified manner. Recently I've been enjoying the works of Sebastiao Salgado's and Franck Gazzola in their documentary style pieces. They have a certain knack for portraying a story and such a momentous feeling.
